How to check Call and SMS pricing in my account?

Want to know what a campaign will cost before you run it? Here's how to check CallHub's call and SMS pricing for your account.

Why use this

Call and SMS rates aren't flat. They depend on the area code or prefix you're reaching, so a call to one region can cost differently than a call to another. Checking pricing first lets you budget credits accurately and avoid surprises once a campaign is running.

Check your pricing

1. Go to Billing.

2. Click the Recharge tab. 

   

3. Click Check your pricing. 

   

4. Switch between different tabs to see the pricing for all the features.
5. Click Pricing for each number to see pricing broken down by area code.

Notes & limits

ⓘ Pricing is based on the prefix, or area code, you're calling or texting. There's no single flat rate across all numbers.
