Manual agent onboarding creates significant inefficiencies for large campaigns. Adding agents individually requires repetitive data entry, delays from email-dependent activation links (often lost in spam), and reliance on error-prone workarounds that still fail to automate critical steps like password setup. These bottlenecks strain administrative resources and hinder rapid campaign scaling.
To combat this onboarding trouble, we have come up with an option to Bulk upload agents into CallHub using a CSV file. This is similar to the contact list upload, where you, as campaign managers, need to upload a CSV file with the first name, last name, username, email address, and the team (if applicable) of the agents.
How to Bulk Upload agents using a .csv file?
To bulk upload the agents into the CallHub admin dashboard, you need to navigate to the Agents tab on the left pane. Next, click on +New Agent and choose the option "Import Agents."
Choose a CSV file with the agent information and map the columns to CallHub's default columns.
Note: Email address and username are mandatory fields, and no agents will be imported if the data is not available in one of these fields.
Once you have completed the mapping, you need to click on "Start Import" to initiate the agent import.
Once the system completes importing the agents, you can view the Import summary of the agents. This summary displays the number of agents imported, the agents that were not imported, and the reason for the failure.
