CallHub runs on a pay-as-you-go model, but unused credits don't last forever. Here's how the expiry schedule works and how to check where you stand, so you use what you've paid for instead of losing it.
Why this matters
Knowing your expiry dates lets you plan purchases and campaigns around them instead of losing credits by surprise. CallHub introduced this schedule to comply with audit regulations and financial reporting requirements, so it applies across the board rather than being a one-off change you can opt out of.
How expiry is calculated
Credits expire at the end of the same quarter, one year after you bought them.
You buy credits in |
They expire on |
|---|---|
| Q1 (Jan to Mar) | March 31 of the following year |
| Q2 (Apr to Jun) | June 30 of the following year |
| Q3 (Jul to Sep) | September 30 of the following year |
| Q4 (Oct to Dec) | December 31 of the following year |
For example, credits bought in February 2025 expire March 31, 2026 (Q1 expiry). Credits bought in August 2025 expire September 30, 2026 (Q3 expiry).
ⓘ Credits purchased on or before December 31, 2024 all expire on December 31, 2025, under a one-time transition rule, regardless of which quarter they were bought in. This gave everyone holding older credits a fixed window to use them before the quarterly schedule took effect.
Check where you stand
Check your account balance history to see what credits you have and when they expire. If you're not sure, contact CallHub Support and they can confirm it for you.
Notes & limits
ⓘ Credits purchased as part of a contract or bulk payment may be handled as an exception to this schedule. Contact your CallHub account manager, or email support@callhub.io with the details, to confirm how yours are treated.
✓ Plan campaigns around your expiry dates so credits you've already paid for don't go to waste.
