Why use this

Getting external volunteers set up with individual logins takes time you don't always have, especially around an event or a short-term push. A Public Access Link skips that step entirely: anyone you send it to can open it, enter their name and phone number, and start dialing or texting your contacts right away.

This works well when you need people calling or texting fast: external volunteers who won't need long-term access, rapid outreach pushes, or events and short-term drives where setting up individual accounts isn't worth the overhead.

Get your campaign's link or QR code

1. Open your Call Center or P2P Texting campaign.
2. Click Share Campaign Link.
3. Copy the link shown to share directly, or open the QR Code tab and click Download to get a scannable code for your website or event banners.

4. Share the link or QR code with your volunteers, on your website, or on printed materials.

What volunteers see when they open the link

1. The volunteer opens the link or scans the QR code.
2. CallHub shows a Join now page asking for their name and phone number.
3. They enter their details and click Start Calling or Start Texting.
4. CallHub takes them to the Join Campaign page, where they can immediately start dialing or texting the contacts in your campaign.
