In order to facilitate a more streamlined campaign experience and optimize resource utilization, we have introduced account-wide call limits for Voice Broadcast (VB) campaigns. Each account is now allocated a maximum of 60 calls per minute for VB campaigns.
This allocation can be utilized within a single campaign or distributed across multiple campaigns as needed.
If you exceed the allotment limit for your campaigns, the system will not allow you to START the campaign, and you will encounter an error, as in the screenshot below.
In the above example, the user has set up four campaigns with 60 calls per minute, and the fifth campaign has a 60-call-per-minute frequency. Since the account limit has been exceeded, they are unable to start the campaign.
Hence, it is important to manage the calling rate so that you do not encounter this error. If you wish to increase your account's limit, you may contact the CallHub Support team at support@callhub.io or create a ticket from our Support Center.
Note: Increase in limits will be charged as we need to procure the limit from the carriers directly.
The limits will be charged on a monthly basis(no pro-rata charges), irrespective of your usage.
