As a Campaign Manager, you can now create ready-to-use agent accounts instantly—without waiting for email activation. This feature helps you onboard volunteers faster and start campaigns without delays.
This guide explains how you can create pre-activated agents, how they work and what you need to know.
What Is a Pre-Activated Agent?
A pre-activated agent is an account that:
Is active immediately after creation
Can log in right away
Can be assigned to campaigns instantly
Does not require email activation before use
Why Pre-Activated Agents?
Pre-Activated Agents are helpful in cases where,
You need volunteers to start calling immediately
You manage large teams (100+ agents)
You set up shared devices for calling
You want to avoid activation email delays
How to Create Pre-Activated Agents
As a campaign manager, you can create Pre-Activated agents on your account individually or in bulk. You need to navigate to the "Agents" tab on the left navigation bar, and choose "Add Agent" dropdown.
Adding Pre-Activated Agents Individually:
From the "Add Agents" dropdown, you need to select the option "Individually," enter the username and email address and choose the slider option for "Activated Agent" and enter a password. Click on "+ Create Agent" to finish the agent set up.
Note: The password cannot be viewed or saved it in the system. You need to save it at your end.
Adding Pre-Activated Agents in Bulk:
From the "Add Agents" dropdown, you need to select the option "Import Agents" and upload the CSV file that contains the list of agents you need to activate.
Next, you need to map the fields in the CSV file to the default agent contact fields. Here, you need to choose the checkbox for "Activate All Agents" and set up a password for all the agents in bulk. Click on "Start Import" to initiate the bulk import of agents.
Note: The password cannot be viewed or saved it in the system. You need to save it at your end.
With Pre-Activated Agent Creation, you remove onboarding delays and take full control of agent setup. You can create, activate, and deploy your calling team instantly—while handling email verification on your own timeline.
Email Verification For Pre-Activated Agents
Even though agents can work immediately, you still manage email verification separately.
If the Agents have not verified their email, they will see a prompt on the agent console "Verify your email to receive campaign notifications." The agents can navigate to their profile/settings, click on "Verify Email" to receive the verification email, and complete the verification.

What Happens If an Agent Changes Email of the account?
If an agent updates their email address:
The system resets verification status.
The agent must verify the new email.
No notifications go to the new address until the email is verified.
