Reselling CallHub under your own brand? Here's how to set the price your Whitelabel users pay for calls and texts, and assign it to their accounts.
Why use this
A rate plan is how you set your margin. It's a multiplier on top of CallHub's own Voice and SMS pricing, so you decide what your users actually pay instead of passing through CallHub's raw rate. You can set one default plan for every new sign-up, or give specific users their own custom pricing.
Before you start
- Access: a Whitelabel account with CallHub.
- Time: about 5 minutes.
Create a rate plan
- Go to Rate Plans.
- Click Add.
- Enter a name for the plan.
- Set the billing interval for calls. It can be 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds.
- Set the cost multiplier for Voice pricing. You can enter decimals.
- Set the cost multiplier for SMS pricing. You can enter decimals.
To make this the plan every new sign-up starts on, select Set as default.
Assign a rate plan to a user
- Go to Accounts and click the account you want to change.
- Select a rate plan from the dropdown for Calls.
- Select a rate plan from the dropdown for SMS.
Click Update to apply it.
Notes & limits
ⓘ The cost multiplier is applied on top of CallHub's own Voice and SMS pricing. A multiplier of 1 charges your user exactly CallHub's rate; a higher multiplier adds your margin.
ⓘ The billing interval for calls can only be 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds.
✓ Set a rate plan as default so every new sign-up to your Whitelabel account gets pricing automatically, instead of you assigning one manually each time.
