A Rate Plan for a user account is basically the default pricing for SMS and Calls they make. You can either set up a default rate plan for all the accounts signing up under your Whitelabel account or set up custom rate plans for each user.
Setting up Rate Plans -
To set up a Rate Plan, you need to click on "Rate Plans" and click on "Add" to add a rate plan. Next, you need to enter the plan's name, the billing interval for calls, and the cost multiplier for Voice and SMS pricing. The below image displays a sample rate plan, billing interval, and the multipliers added for SMS and Calls.
Note: The cost multiplier can be entered in decimals. The billing interval can be 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds.
If you wish to set up a default rate plan for all the accounts, you must select "Set as default" while creating a rate plan. This way, all the new sign-ups to your account will be set with the default rate plan.
Assigning a Rate Plan -
To assign a rate plan for a user, you need to navigate to Accounts and click on the account for which you wish to change the plan. Here, you must select the rate plan for both Calls and SMS from the dropdown.
Once done, click on "Update" to apply the rate plan for the account.
