Payment failures due to a blocked credit card pose numerous challenges for campaign managers, who usually recharge their main and sub-accounts using a single card. Further, this adds tasks for the manager who must manually transfer credits to sub-accounts; further challenges arise in managing payments for sub-accounts across various locations with varying usage patterns.
To address this, we've implemented the ability to automatically recharge sub-accounts from the primary accounts with just a few clicks.
If you are a campaign manager with multiple sub-accounts, this feature will ease all your payment tasks.
How does the Auto Recharge work?
As a campaign manager, you need to navigate to the sub-accounts section from the Profile dropdown. Next, you need to click "Add credits" to manage the auto recharge for your sub-accounts.
Subsequently, you need to enable Auto-recharge for the sub-accounts by selecting the three dots associated with each sub-account.
Following that, you must select the radio button to enable or disable the auto-recharge. Subsequently, you'll need to specify the auto-recharge parameters, including the minimum balance, recharge amount, and monthly limit for the Auto recharge.
Click Apply to set up the Auto recharge for the sub-account. You need to repeat the same steps for all the sub-accounts.
Upon activating Auto-recharge, the sub-account will receive an automatic recharge of "X" amount when the credits drop below a predetermined limit set by either the campaign manager or the primary account admin.
In the case where the Auto recharge limit is exceeded for the said month, the system will not auto-recharge the sub-account for the remaining duration of the month and will commence the recharge only at the beginning of the next month.
As the account admin, you can access the Auto Recharge section to adjust the limit accordingly. Once the limit is adjusted, the balance limit can be recharged to the sub-account for the remaining duration of the month.
For e.g., If the limit set to $2500 is exceeded, and the admin extends the limit to $4000, the sub-accounts can be recharged for another $1500 for that month.
Note: We do not accept payments from Prepaid cards.
