Compatibility with Devices and Operating Systems:
CallHub is compatible with all major operating systems, including Windows and Mac, and can be accessed through various OS versions. It is accessible on a wide range of devices, including mobile phones, laptops, desktop computers, and tablets.
Browser Compatibility:
CallHub is supported on all popular web browsers for account creation, admin usage, and campaign creation. While all browsers facilitate these functions, Google Chrome is recommended for browser calling due to its default availability of the WebRTC plugin.
It is advisable to keep browsers updated to resolve minor software issues. Other browsers like Safari, Edge, Brave, and Firefox also support browser calling, but it is recommended to perform a browser check before starting calling sessions.
Please note that using browser extensions like Ad-blocker or Pop-up blocker may interfere with calling sessions.
Internet and Bandwidth Requirements:
To ensure smooth calling experiences for agents, a minimum upload/download speed of 4 Mbps is recommended during calls. It is important to avoid running bandwidth-intensive applications such as video streaming or screen-sharing calls simultaneously, especially during browser calls.
Hardware and Software Dependencies:
For optimal performance, devices should have a minimum capacity as below -
RAM - 4 GB and higher
Processor - Dual-core 1.5GHz processor or higher
Additionally, it is essential to grant browser access to the microphone for browser calls. Do not use VPN or Proxies while making calls, as their settings might interfere with Browser calling.
Audio Compatibility:
For seamless browser calling, it is recommended to use a wired headset or earphone that can be connected via a 3mm port, USB A-type, or C-type. Avoid having other electronic devices nearby to prevent audio distortion during calls.

CallHub Mobile App:
The CallHub Mobile App is supported on Mac with macOS 12.0 and higher and a Mac with an Apple M1 chip. iPhones having iOS 12.0 and later can download the app for calling and texting. For Android users, the minimum Android version should be Android 10 and higher.
