How to use the Login without password option to access your CallHub account?

The "Login without password" option on CallHub is powered by a Magic link used to log in to CallHub accounts. Magic links are modern and hassle-free authentication process that eliminates the need for traditional passwords. No more wracking your brain for complex combinations of letters, numbers, and special characters. No more resetting forgotten passwords or worrying about security breaches.

Instead, this magical link method relies on your email. Here's how it works:

1. Enter Your Email: To initiate the login, simply provide your registered email address on the login page.

2. The Magic Link Appears: In an instant, a magical link will be sent to your email inbox.

3. Choose the account: If you have multiple accounts linked to an email, you might have to choose an account to log in.

4. Login: You will be redirected to your CallHub dashboard

Here's why magic links are safe to use -

• Expiration time: Magic links have a built-in expiration time. Once the link expiration time has elapsed, the link loses its validity and can no longer be used.

• Single-Use: Each magic link is a one-time-use enchantment. Once you've used the link, it can no longer be used.

• Email Security: Your email acts as the guardian of this magic link. As long as your email is safe and protected, so is the magic link to your account.

Logging in to the CallHub account using the magic link - 

Navigate to the login page at https://app.callhub.io/login and click on "Login without password"

Next, enter your registered email address and click on "Send email."

Check your email inbox for an email with the subject - "Login without password into your CallHub account." Click on "Login without password" in the email to log in to your account. 

If your registered email is linked to multiple accounts on CallHub (Manager or Agents), you need to choose the correct account from the Manager or Agents section before you proceed.

Once you have selected the account, click on "Login" to log in to your account, and you will be redirected to the Home page of your CallHub dashboard.
