To ensure the security of the CallHub accounts beyond just using a username and password, we have implemented 2-Factor Authentication on user accounts.
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account by using a one-time security code. Each time you sign into your account, you’ll need your password and a security code that will be sent to the number you have set up and through an authentication app.
Using your mobile number - If your preferred 2FA method is a mobile number, you need to enter the Mobile number and click on "Get OTP." You need to enter the OTP you have received on your mobile number in Step 2 to finish setting up 2FA on your account.
Using an App Authenticator - If your preferred 2FA method is an App, you need to scan the QR code displayed in the section using a security app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. You can download it from the App Store or Play Store.
Once you have scanned the code, you will receive an authentication code which you need to enter in Step 2 to complete the 2FA setup.
