2FA on CallHub accounts

Want an extra layer of security beyond your password? Here's how to set up 2FA using your mobile number or an authenticator app.

Why use this

A password alone can be guessed, reused, or leaked. 2FA adds a one-time security code on top of it, so signing in to your account needs something you know (your password) and something only you have access to (your phone or authenticator app).

Before you start

• Access: 2FA has to be turned on for your account by CallHub Support first. Contact Support to enable or disable it.
• What you'll need: either your mobile number, or an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy, downloaded from the App Store or Play Store.
• Time: a couple of minutes.

Set up 2FA with your mobile number

1. Enter your mobile number.
2. Click Get OTP.
3. Enter the OTP you receive on your mobile number to finish setting up 2FA.

Set up 2FA with an authenticator app

1. Open an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
2. Scan the QR code shown on the setup screen.
3. Enter the authentication code the app generates to finish setting up 2FA.

Notes & limits

ⓘ You can't turn 2FA on or off yourself. Contact CallHub Support by creating a ticket to enable or disable it on your account.
