CallHub allows you to run campaigns in a specific timezone. This gives you peace of mind that your calls are going out when your contacts are available at the right time. Under schedules, you have two settings that you may use according to your requirements. If you do not select one of these options, the system will use your account's timezone for the campaigns.
Campaign's timezone -
This setting is specific to the campaign. You can choose the timezone under which you wish to run the current campaign. The system will calculate the campaign's daily Start and Stop times based on the timezone selected here.
Note: This setting will be disabled if "Call People In Their Timezone" is enabled.
Call people in their timezone -
In the US, there are multiple time zones, and some of the states also have two time zones. To make sure that you call the contacts in their timezone, you can check this setting. This setting identifies the timezone of the user based on the following factors:
- Zipcode of the contact. (if not available)
- State of the contact. (if not available)
- Area code of the Phone Number.
This setting is only available in the US.
Note: Zip code and State are checked from the contact record in the contact list(if added).
