Deleting Contacts and Contact Lists

The contacts and contact lists can be deleted from the CallHub dashboard by following the steps below.

Deleting a Single Contact - 

To delete a single contact, navigate to Contacts > Select the contact and choose the "x" button corresponding to the contact.

Deleting Multiple Contacts - 

To delete multiple contacts, you must navigate to Contacts > Click the checkbox to select multiple contacts > Actions > Delete Selected, and all the selected contacts will be deleted from your account.

Note: You can delete only ten contacts at a time. If you wish to delete contacts in bulk, you must delete the entire contact list.

Deleting a Single Contact list -

To delete a contact list, navigate to Contact Lists > Select the list and choose the "x" button corresponding to the list.

Deleting multiple Contact lists - 

To delete multiple contact lists, you must navigate to Contact Lists > Click the checkbox to select multiple contact lists > Actions > Delete Selected, and all the selected lists will be deleted from your account.
