Custom Disposition is the new disposition in addition to the existing CallHub disposition defined by the user in CallHub. These dispositions can be used in Call Center campaigns. You can create Custom Disposition here.
Add New Disposition -
To add a new disposition, you need to navigate to your account's Settings page and click on the tab 'Call Disposition.'
Click on the '+Disposition' button to add a new disposition. Define the disposition name and click on 'Create.'
If you wish to edit the disposition, click on the 'Edit' icon in the table. You can delete the disposition by clicking on the delete icon beside the edit option.
Use new call disposition in a Call Center Campaign -
You can use the newly created call disposition in your call center campaign while clicking on the 'Call Disposition' button below the scripts. You can see the new disposition at the bottom of the list.
You can also select a newly created disposition for retry. This will work the same as the default dispositions.
