Call dispositions are labels that describe the outcome of a call. They are important because they:
- Help track the success rate of your campaigns.
- Allow agents to mark calls accurately.
- Enable you to generate detailed reports based on call outcomes.
You can also create custom dispositions to capture specific results unique to your campaigns.
