If you tried to log in to CallHub and saw an “Invalid Credentials” error, don’t worry—this doesn’t always mean something is seriously wrong. Usually, it's caused by small mistakes like a typo in your username, an inactive account, or password case sensitivity. Here’s a guide to help you check and fix it.
1. Check Your Username and Password Exactly
-
Both your username and password are case-sensitive—so uppercase vs lowercase letters must match exactly.
-
Be careful that you don’t have any extra space before or after your username/password (sometimes spaces sneak in when copying/pasting).
2. Forgot Your Username? Reset Your Password
-
If you don’t remember your username, use the password reset link. Enter the email address associated with your account. The reset email will also include your username.
-
Reset your password here to find your username.
3. Check if Your Account Is Active or Disabled
-
Accounts can become inactive or disabled if they were never fully set up or not used for a long time. For example, if you didn’t click the verification link we sent when you created the account, the account might still be inactive.
-
Manager or Agent accounts both follow this rule, so check your email for activation messages.
After you check those things—case sensitivity, username spelling, and account status—you should be able to log in successfully. If you still see the “Invalid Credentials” error, hit the password reset option or reach out to support@callhub.io. We’ll help you get access again quickly so you can continue managing your campaigns.
