1. How does texting work in Compass?
Compass uses a platform free trial number to let you create and test texting campaigns.
This trial setup is available only in the US due to 10DLC requirements.
Even if you already have 10DLC approved, Compass will still use the trial number for testing to avoid charges. CallHub Compass is available on your account only for 10 days from the time of sign-up.
2. What are the message limits?
During testing, the following limits apply:
5 test messages total
30 messages per chat/thread (user side)
100 messages across all Compass chats
3. What does the “Chat limit reached” message mean?
This message appears when you’ve reached either:
The per-chat message limit, or
The total Compass message limit
Once reached, Compass will stop sending messages.
4. Can I test multiple campaigns at once?
No. Only one test campaign can be active at a time.
If you create another campaign:
The previous campaign is automatically paused
The same trial number is reused to prevent extra charges
A notification is shown in Compass when this happens.
5. Why are these limits in place?
These limits help you:
Test safely
Avoid unexpected costs
Set up campaigns before going live
