Developing a thorough User Privacy agreement is one of the measures business owners take to protect their users' data, and it is of extreme significance.
However, the Support team frequently needs to access user accounts via master access when users report issues. Given the fact that most problems can be reproduced in particular situations, this enables the team to identify and replicate problems more quickly.
With this in mind, we created a setting within the CallHub dashboard that allows users to choose whether or not to provide CallHub master access to their accounts.
If you do not wish to provide access to the CallHub Support Team, you may uncheck the option from your account's Privacy Settings. You need to navigate to Settings > Privacy > Uncheck Grant Permissions as in the image below.
