Workflows 2.0 will be launched in a phased approach, emphasizing our commitment to gradually building and implementing new use cases.
Currently, the below use cases can be achieved with the new Workflows (Workflow 2.0)
- Segment contact list based on survey responses, call disposition, or tags
- Add/Remove tags based on retry attempts, survey responses, call disposition, or tags
- Move contacts from one campaign or contact list to another
- Filter contact list based on survey responses between multiple campaigns
- Follow up with a text message, to those who did not answer your call based on a call disposition, or tags
-- To achieve this, set up your workflow action as “Add to contact list”
-- Then, Create a new Text Broadcast campaign and use this contact list in the campaign - Send additional information to users via email based on survey responses, tags, or call disposition
-- First, you need to verify your email domain
-- Once the domain is verified, set up your workflow action as “Add to contact list”
-- Then, Create a new Email campaign and use this contact list in the campaign.
