Call Completed and Outreach Completed are two important triggers used in CallHub Workflows 2.0 Below are scenarios where a call and outreach are termed Completed and Not Completed.
Trigger - Call Completed:
Call is termed Completed for the calls where; |
Call is termed NOT completed when; |
- Contact hangup
- Agent hangup
- Answering machine detected for answered calls by machine or person (AMD enabled in case of predictive and auto dialer)
- Incoming call connected
- Callback scheduled calls
- Automated callback calls
- Retry attempt calls
- No answer calls
- Not reachable calls
- Number is busy
- Invalid number
- Dropped calls in case of predictive, auto-dialer, and clicker dialer

- Incoming calls are not connected to agents

- Contact hangup (if retry attempt was not there or if all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Agent hangup (if retry attempt was not there or if all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Answering machine detected (AMD enabled in case of predictive and auto dialer)
- Incoming call connected
- Automated call back (if a retry attempt was not there or when all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Callback (when all attempts have been exhausted)
- Retry attempt calls (when all the attempts are exhausted)
- No answer calls (if the retry attempt was not there or if all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Not reachable calls (if a retry attempt was not there or when all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Number is busy (if the retry attempt was not there or when all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Invalid number (if the retry attempt was not there or when all retry attempts have been exhausted)
- Dropped calls in case of predictive, auto-dialer (if retry attempt was not there or when all retry attempts have been exhausted), and clicker dialer.
