Agent Signup Page

Want to recruit volunteers or agents for your Call Center or Peer-to-Peer Texting campaigns? CallHub makes it simple with Agent Signup forms that you can embed directly on your website. This lets volunteers sign up on their own, saving you time and effort.

How It Works

1. Get the Signup Form Code

1. Go to your Settings page.
2. Select Embeddable Forms.
3. Copy the Agent Signup form code provided.
4. Paste this code into your website’s page where you want the form to appear.

👉 The form will now be visible to visitors on your website.

2. Volunteer Signup Process

• When volunteers/agents fill out the form, they are added to your CallHub account.
• Each new agent receives an activation email.
• They must click the activation link, set a password, and then they are redirected to the Agent Console.

3. Managing Agents

• Once agents complete the activation, you can view their accounts in the Agents section of your CallHub dashboard.
• From there, you can assign them to the campaigns where they are needed.

By embedding the Agent Signup form, you can easily gather volunteers directly from your website and quickly assign them to your campaigns. This ensures a smoother onboarding process and gets your campaigns running faster.
