Collecting Voice Messages with Celebrity Recordings

Celebrity recordings let you collect voice recordings from others—such as peers, leaders, or special guests—without needing them to log in to your CallHub account. This feature is useful for gathering authentic audio content for campaigns, making messages more personal and engaging.

How Celebrity Recordings Work:

1. Generate a PIN

• From your CallHub account, generate a unique PIN for the recording.
• Share the phone number and PIN with the person who will record the message.

2. Record the Message

• The person dials the given phone number.
• They enter the PIN and record their message using their phone.

3. Review the Recording

• The recording appears on the Celebrity Recordings page in your account.
• You can Approve or Reject the recording.

4. Use in Campaigns

• Once approved, the recording will move to your Audio Files library.
• You can use the audio in Voice Broadcast or Call Center campaigns.
