The "Call people in their timezone" option in a Voice Broadcast Campaign allows you to reach contacts at a specific time in their time zones. For instance, if you have contacts in EST and PST time zones and would like to reach them between 9 am and 11 am, this setting is for you.
How do we enable this feature?
In the Voice broadcast campaign, the feature "Call people in their timezone" can be enabled from the "Schedule" section.
How is the time zone of the contact decided?
CallHub system can determine the time zone of the contact only if "State" is added in the contact field. Let us assume you have added contacts in your campaign with different timezones like PST and EST, and the operational hours you have selected are 10 AM to 12 PM for a specific day. The system will call all contacts from the East Coast between 10 AM to 12 PM EST, and people from the West Coast will be called between 10 AM to 12 PM PST(1 PM to 3 PM EST). This way, the system allows us to make calls to the contacts only during the time interval of that specific timezone.
Note: This feature is only available for users in the US.
