Message status refers to the current state of message delivery. CallHub maintains the status value that describes the outcome state of the message delivery. The telecom carrier sends this information back to CallHub at every stage. CallHub sends the messages to a carrier, and then these messages are sent to destination handsets. The carrier returns the corresponding message statuses to the CallHub.
CallHub lists the numbers under each message status in the campaign overview section, and that's the foremost information for every campaign manager as it comes under the telecom regulations and CallHub Acceptable Usage Policy.Â
