CallHub displays all SMS details and the total cost incurred in the campaign. This helps you to check the summary of the SMS Campaign. You can see it in the Overview/Statistics tab of the respective campaign.
Details for Campaign Statistics:
Completed - this refers to the total percentage of contacts that were already contacted including the retries.
Pending - this refers to the total percentage of contacts on queue waiting for the system to send the message.
Total Sent - this refers to the number of messages that were successfully sent or delivered.
Total Received - this refers to the number of messages received in the campaign.
Total blocked - this refers to the number of messages marked as spam or blocked by the carrier.
Status Codes:
Total - this refers to the total number of messages sent, including failed and Unsent messages.
Delivered - this refers to the number of messages delivered. Delivered means that the carrier notifies the server that the message is received by the end-user.
Sent - this refers to the number of messages sent. Sent means that the server sent the message to the recipient but the carrier did not notify the server that the message was delivered.
No Route - this refers to the number of messages marked as No Route by the system. The system marks messages as No Route when the messages were marked as spam/blocked by the carrier or the network and the number is not reachable.
Rejected - this refers to the number of messages which was rejected by the recipient.
Failed/Not Sent - this refers to the number of contacts that failed to send.
Blocked - this refers to the number of contacts that were marked as spam or blocked by the carrier.
SMS Received - this refers to the total number of incoming messages received in the campaign.
Total Cost:
The total cost shows the total amount in dollars spent in the campaign. The total amount is automatically deducted from available credits. You can also check the cost incurred per message in the SMS Report.
The campaign overview statistics helps you to easily see the summary of the messages in the campaign. It helps you to analyze and get results from the overview statistics.
