For campaigns and organizations looking to increase reach and engagement authentically, relational organizing is the best tactic to use.
A relational organizing campaign can be set up in three simple steps.
- Campaign Details
- Scripts and Surveys
- Agents and Schedule
Campaign Details -
In this section, you need to add basic information about the campaign, such as the name of the campaign, the contact list, tags, and the campaign banner(if any).
Note: Contact Lists and Tags should be available on your CallHub account before initiating the campaign creation.
You can upload the campaign banner for your campaign by clicking "Upload Image" under the Campaign Banner section. The banner image you upload appears on the campaign card and helps your agents distinguish campaigns from each other.
Scripts and Surveys -
Next, you need to create a script for your campaign. Here, you can create a Message Script, a Call Script, or a Script that you can share through a different medium.
You need to click on the Slider button to enable the scripts and set them up. After setting up the scripts, you can choose the default outreach medium for your campaign.
The scripts you added will be used by volunteers to get started easily, as they can use the script to do initial outreach. Volunteers can always go ahead and tweak the script to make it more personalized based on the contacts.
By default, the first script you have set up will be set as the Default outreach medium. But you can change it from the "Default outreach medium" section.
The importance of the default medium is that you can choose how you want your volunteers to talk to their contacts. However, the volunteers have a choice to switch between other mediums so that they are more comfortable talking with their personal contacts.
Once your script is set up, you can set up surveys for the campaign. Please note that if you have set up multiple surveys, you need to mark at least one survey as required by enabling the slider.
You can click on "+ Add Question" to add multiple surveys. Click "Next" to proceed to the next step.
Agents and Schedule -
Next, you need to set up agents and schedule for the campaign. You can either add all agents, specific agents, or select teams for the campaign.
Then, you need to set up the schedule for the campaign by selecting the Start and End date and the campaign timezone. The default timezone will be the timezone setup for your account. If you wish to run the campaign at a different timezone, you can select the appropriate timezone from the dropdown. Click "Finish" to complete the campaign setup.
Note: The agents/volunteers need to use the CallHub Mobile App to make calls and send texts for Relational Organizing Campaigns.
