With the vision to let our customers make calls on the go, CallHub has introduced the Mobile App for calling. We have taken this step to help campaign managers increase the availability of agents, reduce the cost of running campaigns and allow agents to make calls at their convenience without depending on additional devices like laptops or tablets.
To download the CallHub mobile app, you may navigate to the Google Playstore (Android Users) and the Apple Store (iOS users) and search for "CallHub." Below is a screenshot of the download options for Android users. You need to click on "Install" to install the application.
Similarly, you may navigate to the Apple Store and click on the arrow to download the iOS application.
CallHub mobile app allows people to reach their audience via calling. Primarily, you should have an agent account. If you are already a part of the campaign as an agent, use the same username and password to log in to your Mobile App.
Otherwise, it would be best if you asked your campaign manager to create an agent account for you in CallHub. You will receive an activation link to your email. Further, activate your account by clicking on the link, and you are good to go.
You may get this error if you do not have access to the Mobile App on your CallHub account. In this case, please reach out to your Campaign manager for more details.
