Can I still use the Relational Organizing campaign even if I don't have a contact list to match my volunteer network?
Yes, you can set up the Relational Organizing campaign with the contact list available in your CallHub account. If no contacts are matched from the contact list, the volunteer can manually add contacts from their network to the campaign.
Why CallHub wants to access my contacts?
CallHub requests access to your contacts to match and add contacts to the network. We do not save any information from your device in our system.
How can my volunteers add their personal contacts to the Relational Organizing campaign without matching with the contact list?
The volunteers can manually add contacts to the network if they wish to skip the contact list-matching process.
What is the default outreach medium? Can my volunteers use other mediums than the one made as default to outreach their contacts?
The Default Outreach medium for a RO Campaign is the default means of communication set by the campaign manager. However, as a volunteer, you can use any of the three mediums to reach out to the contacts.
What happens when you make a survey question required?
Surveys that have an * symbol are mandatory. If these surveys are not answered, the survey will not be marked Completed.
What happens when the same contact gets matched to multiple volunteers? How does it affect my reporting and my volunteer outreach?
When the same contact is matched to multiple volunteers, all the volunteers get to reach out to the contact.
If all the contacts have filled out the survey, the campaign manager will still be able to see them in the reports section. However, the system will consider the best-case survey in the funnel stats for the campaign manager.
How is the Survey completed calculated?
The contacts that have answered the mandatory questions of a survey will be considered under the Survey completed count.
