SHAKEN/STIR failed on your account? Here's what you need to know and how you can move forward with submitting the correct details.
To comply with STIR/SHAKEN regulations, CallHub submits your registration details to the carrier. The carrier then reviews the submission and marks it as Approved or Rejected.
Common reasons for rejection:
- The Authorized Representative could not be verified.
- The EIN (Employer Identification Number) did not match official records.
- The organization name or business type was incorrect.
If your registration was rejected:

Reach out to our Support team at support@callhub.io to know the exact reason for the rejection.
- Provide the corrected details (such as EIN, organization name, business type, or representative information).
- Our Support team will re-submit the updated details to the carrier on your behalf.
Note: You will not be able to re-submit the details from the CallHub dashboard.
