Verifying Identity to rent numbers from the dashboard – CallHub Customer Support

Renting a number outside the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada from the Premium carriers? Here's what you need to know.

While renting a number, if you encounter the error, "Number could not be rented as you have not verified your Identity with us," this article is for you. First, you need to verify your account on the carrier from which the numbers are procured for you. This can be done by either verifying your address or your documents (whichever is applicable) with the carriers. Once the documents are verified, we can enable a setting on your account that will allow you to rent numbers without any issue.

Note: This process is not applicable for renting numbers from the US and Canada.

Below are the documents required for a few countries (based on the frequency):

(i) Australia: Mobile Numbers
