Predictive Dialer makes sure that your Agents/Volunteers are fully engaged, and you can reach a large number of audience. Based on the number of live Agents, pickup rate, percentage of dropped calls and average call handling time, Predictive Dialer algorithms calculate exactly when it should make the next call and assign to the available agent.
As the dialer only connects agents to answered calls, an agent's time isn’t wasted on listening to dial tones of unanswered calls, invalid numbers, and fax machines.
Power Dialer allows your Agents/Volunteers to control the call rate. Your Agent needs to click "Next Call" button to make the next call. The system will then call the next contact in the queue automatically.
This allows your agents to fill the survey and answer all question correctly before moving to the next call. This dialer is convenient for the sales team, advocacy, and political groups that need fundraising and for campaigns that where the cost of not talking to contact is very high.
An AutoDialer adds additional functionality to the Power Dialer, which allows you to increase the dialing rate per agent. You can choose from two options i.e. 1:1 or 2:1.
1:1 : In this case, as soon agent finishes the call, CallHub will start dialing next contact automatically for that agent.
2:1: In this case, CallHub will call 2 contacts automatically as soon as the agent finishes the call. CallHub will connect the agent with the call that is answered first. In case both the calls are answered at the same time, 1 call will be connected with the agent and for the other, you can choose to hang up or to play an answering machine message.
This dialer best suits if you are stressed over time and want to reach maximum callers as it will skip over busy and unanswered calls.
Preview Dialer is Out of the Box dialer which allows your Agents to search and connect with contacts OnDemand. Agents can search for contacts using phone number or name and could click Phone or mobile Icon to make the call. CallHub will call the contact, and the agent at the same time on their phones to start the conversation.
This dialer gives flexibility to the Agents to get time for research on the contacts, calling history before making the call.
