If you cannot get your browser calls up and running, we highly recommend you follow the troubleshooting steps in the article - Unable to make calls in the browser.
Further, If you have a firewall set up in your organization's network to filter traffic, then we recommend you whitelist a certain range of IPs that we provide to avoid any traffic blocking. Please note that you need to do this with the help of your organization's IT infrastructure team.
Kindly email us at support@callhub.io or create a ticket from https://support.callhub.io with the username/email of your account. We will check the carrier associated with your account and provide the complete list of IPs.
Note: IPs are not listed as they are subject to periodic changes based on the carrier configuration.
Configure your firewall to accept the IP ranges for the following Transports/Protocols:
- HTTP/HTTPS transports: allow traffic from these source IP ranges to access your HTTP (TCP port 80) and/or HTTPS (TCP port 443) web applications
- TCP/UDP - 5060, 5061, 5063, 5080.
- RTP: UDP port range 10000 to 32768
