Spam Label Shield is a real-time monitoring system that continuously checks the health of your campaigns and the numbers you’re using as Caller IDs. If a number is marked as spam, the system identifies who flagged it and automatically replaces the Caller ID in your campaign with a new number.

- You will be charged for each new number rented to your account.
- Spam Label Shield costs $0.004 per call.
The goal of Spam Label Shield is to reduce call blocking and spam labeling, ensuring higher deliverability and improved performance of your calling campaigns.
How to enable Spam Label Shield?
Spam Shield can be enabled from the "Targeting" tab under "Number used as Caller ID" while setting up a Call Center campaign. You need to click on the slider to enable it or turn it off if already enabled. The image below shows how to enable the "Spam Label Shield."
Note: Spam Label Shield will not be active if your campaign's Caller ID is a verified Toll-Free number.
Once enabled, you can continue with the usual steps to set up your Call Center campaign and start dialing your contacts with improved protection against spam labeling.
