CallHub analytics also gives you the option to generate data based on the agent activities for the campaigns on your CallHub account.
You can check the number of agents recruited to your campaigns and their activity and compare the data between 2 or more agents.
Compare Agents -
From the Goals section, you may choose the option "Compare Agents," and the system will give you the option to enter the username of the agents you wish to compare from the dropdown. Here, you can also set a time range for data you want to generate for these agents.
The below image shows how the agent comparison works. You may choose two agents you wish to compare and select a time range for their activities and click on "Go."
Here, the connect time is the total time the agent was connected to the campaign described as A-leg in the Campaign Call reports, and the Talk time is the total time the agent was in a conversation with the contact described in B-leg in the Call reports.
The data displayed in the Reports and the Analytics may vary as the Analytics shows the data captured in UTC, whereas the system displays the report for your campaigns based on the timezone you have selected.
Agent Recruitment -
In this section, you can view the number of newly added agents, how they were added, and the number of active and inactive agents.
Recruited: The total number of agents that signed up on the account for the given time range.
By Form: Agents signed up for the account using the sign-up form.
By API: Agents that signed up for the account using APIs
Agent Activity -
The agent activity section displays the number of active agents in all the campaigns across your account for a given time range. You can choose to view this graph with Daily, Weekly, or Monthly progress using the dropdown at the top of the chart.
