To add a DKIM record to your DNS, you must first create that from your email provider. Contact the support team of the email provider you wish to set up DKIM for if you are unsure how to proceed so, that they can guide you in the proper route. In your case, please reach out to the CallHub Support team, and they will help you with the DKIM record after verifying the email domain.
If you want to pass DMARC DKIM alignment, each provider through whom you send emails will need to have a unique DKIM record generated and added to your DNS.
To accomplish DMARC SPF alignment, you need to create a custom return-path record to add to your DNS if the sending source you are using supports using a return-path.
Note: The CallHub Team will provide your email domain's DKIM and Return-Path record.
Adding the record(s) to your DNS records -
The DKIM records will be added as TXT records, and Return-Path records need to be added as CNAME records. In most cases, the DNS management option will be available with the hosting provider. However, in a few cases, the DNS is managed by the domain provider.
Once you have the DKIM and the Return-path records generated from the CallHub team, you may navigate to the link of your hosting provider listed below for step-by-step instructions on setting up the DNS records.
