With this update, agents can now call the contact directly from within the P2P campaign window — without leaving the conversation, without switching tools, and without losing any context.

How It Works
Starting a Call from a P2P Conversation
When an agent is in an active text conversation with a contact, they'll see an option to call the contact directly from the same screen.
Here's what happens when the agent starts the call:
- The agent clicks the call button within the P2P conversation window.
- CallHub connects the call to the contact.
- The agent can now speak with the contact while the full text conversation history remains visible on the same screen.
- Once the call ends, the agent can continue the text conversation if needed — everything is right where they left it.
Why This Matters for Your Campaign
No More Switching Between Tools
Before this feature, moving from a text conversation to a call meant breaking the flow entirely. Agents had to go to a different part of the platform, look up the contact, and start fresh. Now, the call happens right inside the same conversation. The agent stays focused, and nothing gets lost.

Overview Statistics
The system displays the number of calls dialed from the Peer to Peer texting campaign in the Overview Stats under the Call Statistics section. This section displays the number of calls dialed, the calls picked and count of failed calls.
