Want every ActBlue contribution to show up in CallHub as it happens? Set up the ActBlue donation webhook once, and ActBlue sends contribution and donor data into your CallHub account automatically. This article is for CallHub admins who also have admin access in ActBlue.
Connecting ActBlue to CallHub keeps your fundraising and your outreach in one place. Here is what you can expect once the webhook is live:
You stop importing by hand. Contribution data syncs automatically and the information stays updated in real time, so you avoid back-and-forth imports.
Your contacts stay accurate. CallHub updates existing contacts or creates new ones as donations arrive.
You run better follow-ups. You can build smart donor segments and trigger follow-up messages or calls while the gift is fresh.
Your agents see supporter activity. Donation stats and contact history appear in campaign analytics and the agent console, including totals, recent giving, and individual donation events with the campaign source and date.
You track the full donor lifecycle. Recurring donations, refunds, and cancellations all flow in.
Your donors get an easier ask. Contacts receive personalized donation links, which reduces friction and increases conversion rates.
Before you start
- You need a CallHub account with Admin access.
- You need an ActBlue admin account.
- You need permission to create webhooks in ActBlue.
- Generating the URL and adding it in ActBlue takes about 5 minutes. Field mapping becomes available only after the webhook is approved.
ⓘ Contact field mapping stays disabled until your webhook is approved. A banner on the page tells you why. Once approved, the default fields (First Name, Last Name, Email) are mapped automatically, and you can map more.

Notes & limits
ⓘ CallHub matches each donor to a contact by phone number or email. You can opt in to create new contacts for donors who do not match an existing contact.
ⓘ You can insert ActBlue donation forms into Text-to-Donate, Text Broadcast, and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) texting campaigns. CallHub prompts you if the integration is not connected or if a donation link is already in use. Each donation form link can be active in only one campaign at a time, so duplicate links are flagged.
ⓘ If you no longer want ActBlue data in CallHub, see Delete an ActBlue webhook or import connection.
✓ Select all four event types in ActBlue if you want to track the full donor lifecycle, including recurring gifts, cancellations, and refunds.
FAQs
Which donation events can CallHub receive?
New contributions, recurring contribution starts, recurring cancellations, and refunded contributions, depending on the event types you select in ActBlue.
Why can't I map fields yet?
Field mapping is disabled until the webhook is approved. A banner on the page explains this. Once the webhook is approved, the default fields are mapped and you can add more.

In the agent console and in campaign analytics, where they see totals, recent giving, and individual donation events with the campaign source and date.
