To access your ActBlue integration settings, go to the main menu in the left panel and click Integrations. In the Integrations section, under the ActBlue integration card, select View connections to see all your existing ActBlue connections.
To delete an ActBlue webhook, open the Your connections list under the ActBlue integration and locate the connection labeled with a “Donation webhook” description.
Click the three-dot menu next to it under Actions, then select Delete or Remove webhook to open the confirmation pop-up. In the Delete webhook dialog, click the Delete button to remove the webhook and stop CallHub from receiving donation data from ActBlue.
To delete an import connection, go to the Your connections list under the ActBlue integration and find the entry labeled “Contacts import.”
Click the three-dot menu beside it under Actions, then choose Delete or Remove import to open the confirmation pop-up.
In the Delete Import dialog, click the Delete button to remove the import connection and stop CallHub from syncing donor data to ActBlue.
