What happens if I set my account for Auto-recharge?
The credits added to your account through auto recharge will have a new batch and expiry date for every recharge. The credits will expire at the set due date for every batch.
Where can I view the history of expired credits?
Explain how expired credits will appear in the invoice or billing statement.
What if I transfer the credits from the primary account to the sub-account?
The credits transferred from the primary account to the subaccount retain the same expiration date as those transferred during recharge/payment. The credits will expire based on the EEF rule.
I am a Whitelabel customer. Will the payment added to my account expire?
No, the credit expiry model is currently not applicable for Whitelabel users.
What if my credits expire before I use them?
The credits, once expired, cannot be reinstated. If you have made a payment and do not wish to run campaigns, please get in touch with the Support team to issue a refund of the credits before the expiry date.
How does the Credit usage work?
When you buy credits at different times, each batch has its expiry date. The Earliest Expiry First (EEF) rule ensures that the credits expiring soonest are used first.
Why is this important?
Without EEF, newer credits might get used up first, leaving older ones untouched until they suddenly expire—causing unnecessary losses for the user.
Example:
- Jan 1, 2025: You buy $10 (expires March 31, 2026)
- Apr 1, 2025: You buy $20 (expires June 30, 2026)
Let us label the above two payments as Batch A and Batch B.
How It Works:
- When you spend credits, Batch A ($10) will be used first because it expires sooner.
- Only after Batch A is fully used will Batch B ($20) be deducted.
