A Simple Guide to Using MMS in CallHub

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) lets you send pictures, videos, and audio files along with text messages. This makes your messages more engaging compared to simple text (SMS).

With CallHub, you can send MMS messages easily, but there are a few things you should know before getting started.

What is MMS and How is it Different from SMS?

• SMS (Short Message Service) → Text-only messages (up to 160 characters).
• MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) → Messages with images, videos, or audio along with text (up to 1,600 characters).

👉 MMS messages look better and catch more attention than simple text messages!

How to Send an MMS in CallHub

Step 1: Upload Your Media (Picture/Video/Audio)

1. Go to the Media section in your CallHub account.
2. Click on Upload and choose the file from your computer.

Step 2: Create an MMS Campaign

1. Go to SMS Broadcasting and start a new campaign.
2. Select the contact list (who will receive your message).
3. Type your message and attach the uploaded media file.

Step 3: Send or Schedule the Message

• Set up when and how often the message should be sent.
• Click Start Campaign to send it out!

What Types of Files Can You Send?

👉 If your file is too big, try resizing or just upload it, and our system will take care of it.

Best Practices for Sending MMS

Use clear images & short videos → Avoid blurry or large files.
Keep your message short & engaging → No one likes long messages!
Make sure your audience wants to receive MMS → Always get consent.
