To facilitate the easy downloading of campaign reports, we have introduced an option to rename questions, including MCQs and other types, with custom identifiable names. This feature allows users to easily identify the questions they need to export results for, having smaller and more consistent column names in the export files for better reporting.
The option to set a Question name is available only in the Call Center campaign and can be set on CallHub Questions or any questions that are imported from the Integrations linked to your account.
Suppose you have a question set up on your campaign: What are the issues you wish to highlight while voting for a candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election? You may rename this question to "Issues" so that when exporting the results, you do not have to search for this question in the dropdown but just search Issues. The export file will also have the Question Name instead of the actual question.
To enable Question Names for Call Center campaigns, you need to navigate to Settings > Call Center > Export question column as > Question name.
Next, you need to head to the Campaign to add Question names to the applicable Questions. Please note that upon enabling the above setting, the system will display a Question ID for each question in the campaign, as in the screenshot below.
You need to Stop or Pause the campaign, Edit, and click on the Edit button for each question under the Script to add a custom Question Name. Here, you need to enter the Question Name and click on Save Changes.
Hit Next to Save the campaign settings and Start the campaign.
You may navigate to the Script section to confirm the changes in the Script with the Question Name as in the screenshot below.
After the changes are made and calls are dialed in the campaign, you need to navigate to Results > By question name > Choose the Question name > Options > Filter Results to export the results for a specific question.
The CSV file exported to your device will have the Question name in the column instead of lengthy Questions, which will be easy to identify and sort for your reporting purposes.
A sample export of the reports is attached to this article.
