Generate Reports for Multi Select Questions in a Campaign.

Want to see how contacts answered a Multi Select question in your campaign? Here's how to filter and export those results. This article is for campaign managers reviewing results after a campaign that includes a Multi Select question.

Before you start

• Your campaign needs at least one Multi Select question, and agents need to have already recorded some responses.
• Takes a couple of minutes.

Generate the report

1. In your campaign, go to the Results section.

2. Select the Multi Select question you want to report on. 

   

3. Use the filters to select the answer choices you want to see. You can select more than one.

4. Click Filter Results to apply your selection. 

   

5. Click Export Results to save the filtered data as a CSV file.

Notes & limits

✓ Filter by one answer choice first to confirm the results look right, then broaden the filter to include the rest.

Can I filter by more than one answer choice at once? 
Yes. Select as many answer choices as you need before clicking Filter Results.

What format does the export come in? 
A CSV file.

Does this only work for PDI survey questions? 
No. It works for any Multi Select question in a campaign, whether or not it came from PDI.
