Want your agents to canvass with the same survey questions you've already built in PDI? Once PDI is connected, you can add those questions straight into your Call Center script. This article is for campaign managers running a Call Center campaign on a connected PDI account.
Before you start
- Connect PDI to CallHub first.
- Every survey question in PDI needs an Answer ID Flag and a Code, or it won't show up in CallHub.
- Works with both Linear and Branching Scripts.
ⓘ This integration currently syncs one way. CallHub has said a fuller, two-way version is planned.
Add PDI questions to your script
-
While creating your Call Center campaign, open the Script section and click Questions.
-
Under the PDI section, choose MCQ Questions (one answer) or Multi Select Questions (several answers).
-
Add the questions you want to your script. You can personalize the question text with merge tags; this only changes the wording in your CallHub script, not the original question in PDI.
- Optionally, assign a tag to each response, so agents can apply it during a call to organize contacts for a follow-up campaign.
-
Click Sync whenever you add a new survey question in PDI, so it becomes available here.
Notes & limits
⚠ A PDI survey question without an Answer ID Flag and Code never appears in CallHub. Check both fields in PDI before you go looking for a missing question.
ⓘ PDI doesn't support tags. Any response tags you assign here stay in CallHub and don't sync back to PDI.
FAQs
My PDI question doesn't show up in CallHub. Why?
It's missing its Answer ID Flag or Code in PDI, or you haven't clicked Sync since creating it. Fix the fields in PDI, then sync again.
Can agents choose more than one answer?
Yes. Use Multi Select Questions instead of MCQ Questions.
Do the tags I assign to responses sync to PDI?
No. PDI doesn't support tags, so they stay CallHub-only.
Does this work with Branching Scripts?
Yes. PDI questions work in both Linear and Branching Scripts.
