Connectivity Partners (CNPs) have introduced a one-time vetting fee of $15 to review 10DLC campaigns that are applied with them.
10DLC campaigns that are registered on and after February 1, 2023, will be subject to the vetting fee. If a review is submitted after February 1st and the campaign was created before that date, but the carriers have not yet approved it, there will be a vetting cost. There is no vetting cost for campaigns that have already been approved before the said date.
Vetting Fees are applicable on campaigns (use cases) irrespective of the outcome of the submission. This means that you will be charged $30 or so on if you have submitted a campaign for vetting twice (once for the initial campaign, which is rejected, and again with the updated campaign details, which is approved).
