The Adaptive Texting Block is a powerful feature in CallHub that helps campaign managers run Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Texting campaigns more efficiently. With it, you can send more messages without overloading numbers, maintain a local presence for your outreach, and manage your rented numbers to prevent interruptions.
By renting multiple numbers across different area codes, campaign managers can increase outreach, improve message delivery rates, and ensure campaigns continue smoothly even if some numbers are flagged by carriers. You have full control over which numbers are active, paused, or replaced automatically, giving you flexibility and reliability for every campaign.
Key Features
1. Send More Messages at Once
Campaign managers can rent multiple numbers with different area codes and add them to the Adaptive Texting Block. This lets you send more messages simultaneously without overloading a single number.
Example: Renting two numbers from Toronto (area code 416) can achieve up to 7,200 messages per hour.
2. Control Your Numbers
-
Pause Numbers: Temporarily stop numbers from sending messages when needed.
-
Reactivate Numbers: Resume paused numbers whenever required.
This ensures you always have control over which numbers are active in your campaign.
3. Automatically Replace Blocked Numbers
If a carrier flags a number as spam, the Adaptive Texting Block automatically rents a new number from the same area code. This keeps your campaign running smoothly without reducing outreach.
How to Set Up the Adaptive Texting Block
- CallHub allows campaign managers to set up their Adaptive Texting Block by choosing between two options: “Rent Now” to rent numbers immediately, or “Rent Later” to create the block now and rent numbers at a later time.
- If campaign managers select “Rent Now”, they can choose the area code and set the outreach rate for that area.
-
Campaign managers select the area code they want to use.
-
Set the outreach rate (number of messages per hour) for that area.
-
Numbers are rented immediately and added to the block.
Example: Renting two numbers from Toronto (area code 416) at 3,600 messages/hour each results in an outreach rate of 7,200 messages/hour.
- Campaign managers can create the Adaptive Texting Block immediately and choose to rent numbers later when they are ready to start sending messages. Once numbers are rented, the block displays all numbers across different area codes, along with their current status—active, paused, or filtered—allowing managers to monitor and manage each number effectively.
- In the screenshot below, you can see that a few Sender IDs are filtered. Telecom carriers may filter these numbers for various reasons, such as messages containing links, promotional content, or sending the same message to many people at a high rate from the same number. The Adaptive Texting Block automatically detects filtered numbers and rents a new number from the same area code if needed, ensuring your campaign continues smoothly.
Limitations
