Zapier Integration: Hubspot and CallHub

In this article, I have added the steps to integrate CallHub with Hubspot through Zapier. The integration works in such a way that any lead closed on CallHub on call will create a contact on Hubspot. We will filter this through CallHub call dispositions i.e, you can choose a custom call disposition to say“Lead Closed” and contact is created in Hubspot.

Step 1: Choose the app, the event, and the account with which you wish to use.

Step 2: Choose the option “Only continues if” to add a condition for the Zap to work. In the 2ndimage, I have added the screenshot of adding a filter for the Zap. In this Zap, I have added the filter for Disposition that creates a contact in Hubspot if “ANSWER” is selected on the call. Similarly, you can choose “Lead Closed” as a disposition.

Step 3: Choose the app as Hubspot and add the action on the CRM.

Choose the account, fill in the required fields and the optional fields whichever is needed for your contact. You may choose the corresponding options for the fields and continue to test the Zap.

Once you have filled all the fields, you can click on Send data to test the Zap and see if
everything is working fine by clicking on “Test and Continue”. Once the test is successful, you may go ahead and Turn on the Zap.
