Been added to a CallHub account as a Collaborator, or deciding whether to give someone that role? This article shows what the account looks like from a Collaborator's side. The short version: Collaborators see everything operational and nothing financial. To add a Collaborator to your account, see Add user roles (Sub-Admin or Collaborator) to your CallHub account.
Profile and billing
You can't access the account's billing side: no billing details, no credit information, and no charges for the numbers rented on the account.
Numbers
You can view every detail of the account's numbers: the number rented, its country, and its renewal date. For Calling numbers, you can also add transfer numbers.
Campaign overview
You can follow a campaign's progress: the number of calls made and messages sent. You can't see the cost breakup.
Reports
You can access the details of the calls made in your campaigns. You can't see the cost of those calls, which is the part of reports reserved for the account admin.
Notes & limits
ⓘ The rule of thumb: if it's about running campaigns, a Collaborator can see it; if it's about money, they can't. Anything billing-related stays with the account admin.
