Measure your campaign's results, see who pressed what, and export the data — all from the campaign's Overview and Transfers tabs and the account-wide Call Reports.
Before you start
- You need a Voice Broadcast campaign that has started dialing. Statistics appear as calls complete.
- To build reports on transfer digits, your campaign must be a Press-1 campaign (one that asks contacts to press a digit).
Overview tab: your campaign summary
The Overview tab of your Voice Broadcast campaign shows all campaign details and the total cost spent, so you can see the summary of the campaign at a glance.

For the exact telecom reason behind each failed call, see Understand call hangup causes in Voice and Call Center campaigns.
Total Cost
Total Cost is the total amount spent on the campaign. It is deducted automatically from the available credits in your account. To see the cost of each individual call, open the Call Reports (covered below).

Transfers tab: see who pressed which digit
If you run a Press-1 campaign, the Transfers tab lists every contact who pressed a transfer digit.
- Open your campaign and select the Transfers tab.
- View results for all transfer digits, or select a specific digit to filter the results.
- Choose what to do with the filtered results:
- Export them in CSV or JSON format, or
- Create a contact list from the results — useful when you want to run a follow-up campaign for just these contacts.
The exported report includes: Date of call, Contact number, First name, Last name, Mobile number, Email address, Address, City, State, Country, Zip code, Company Name, Company website, Job Title, Audio Recording URL, Transcript URL, and Transfer Digit.
Call Reports: per-call details and cost
Call reports show the details and cost of every call made in the campaign.
- On Reports > All Reports > Call Reports, choose the timeframe from the dropdown.
- Select your campaign name from the dropdown.
- Review the call records, or export them (see below).

What each column means
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Start Date | Date and time of the call. |
| Leg | The connection type. A-Leg is the initial call dialed to the contact; B-Leg is the transferred call. |
| CallerID | The Caller ID of the campaign from which the call was made to the contact. |
| Agent | The agent who was on the call with the contact. This column is empty for Voice Broadcast campaigns, because the call is automated and made by the system. |
| Phone number | The contact's phone number where the call was made. |
| Duration | Duration of the call in seconds. |
| Bill Sec | The call duration billed, in seconds. Calls are charged in 60-second increments. |
| Cost | Cost of the call. |
| Disposition | A label that describes the outcome of the call. |
| Cause | The status received from the telecom operator for the call. For details on every cause, see Understand call hangup causes in Voice and Call Center campaigns. |
| AMD status | Answering Machine Detection status — shows whether the call was picked up by a person or a machine. |
| Call UUID | A unique ID generated by the telecom carrier to identify the call. Send us this ID if you are reporting an issue with a particular call. |
Export the call report
From the same page, you can export the results or create a contact list from the filtered results. The export includes: your account's email address, outgoing Caller ID, contact's phone number, call start time, call duration, billed seconds, call cost (in cents), disposition, cause, and AMD status.
Notes & limits
ⓘ Calls are charged in 60-second increments, so Bill Sec can be higher than Duration. A 61-second call bills as 120 seconds.
ⓘ Campaign costs are deducted automatically from the available credits in your account.
FAQs
How is the cost of a call calculated?
Calls are billed in 60-second increments. The Bill Sec column shows the billed duration, and Cost shows the resulting charge for that call. The campaign's Total Cost on the Overview tab is the sum across all calls, deducted from your credits.
How do I build a list of everyone who pressed 1?
Open the campaign's Transfers tab, filter by transfer digit 1, and choose Create a contact list from the filtered results. You can then run a follow-up campaign on that list, or export it as CSV/JSON instead.
Why is the Agent column empty in my call report?
Voice Broadcast calls are automated calls made by the system, so no agent is involved. The Agent column is only filled for campaigns where an agent speaks with the contact.
