As a campaign manager, you run a lot of moving parts — phone banks, text messages, surveys, emails — all at once. But until now, there was no easy way to see how all of it was working together.
The Unified Goals Dashboard changes that. It gives you one place to see how your contacts are responding across all your campaigns. You can set a goal and the dashboard shows you exactly where your contacts stand, step by step.
You'll find it inside Goals section on the left navigation bar. It's your new home for campaign results.
Why We Built This
Before this dashboard, you had to jump between different campaigns to piece together your results. There was no way to connect the dots — to see how a contact who got a call also responded to a text, or completed a survey.
Earlier, as a campaign manager:
- You couldn't tell which combination of outreach was actually working.
- You had no way to set a clear goal and track progress toward it.
- Your results lived in silos, one campaign at a time.
We built the Unified Goals Dashboard so you don't have to work that way anymore. Now you can define what success looks like for your campaign, pick the actions that lead there, and watch it all come together in a simple funnel view.
How It Helps You Track Your Campaign Progress
Step 1: Set Your Goal
When you open the dashboard for the first time, it asks you one simple question: What are you trying to measure?
You set a goal by picking a campaign and defining the outcome you care about. For example:
"Show me all contacts from my Voter ID campaign who answered 'Housing' or 'Taxes' to the issues survey."
You give your goal a name (like "Engaged Voters"), choose the campaign, and select the action or response you want to track. The conditions you can track include the below options:
- Survey responses
- Call dispositions
- Tags added to contacts
- Responses to messages
- Link click actions
- Transfer digit pressed
- Email opens or interactions
Hit Add, and your funnel appears instantly.
Step 2: View Your Funnel
Once you save your goal, the dashboard builds a funnel automatically. It has two levels to start:
- All Contacts — Everyone in the campaigns you selected.
- Your Goal — The contacts who actually met your criteria.
You can keep adding more goals to the funnel to track multiple steps in your strategy. For example, you might track who got called, then who responded, then who took the action you wanted. Each step shows you the exact number of contacts at that stage.
You can add up to 5 criteria per goal, and you can rearrange goals to match the order of your campaign strategy.
Step 3: Dig Into the Details
Want to know more about who's in a step? Just click on any level of the funnel.
You'll see:
- Which campaigns brought in the most contacts at that stage
- The exact criteria that qualified those contacts
- The option to download the contact list or save it as a new list for follow-up
This makes it easy to act on your data right away — whether that's sending a follow-up text to people who didn't respond, or calling back contacts who showed interest.
Step 4: Track Multiple Goals in one place
You're not limited to one funnel. You can create multiple funnels on the same dashboard — each tracking a different goal or program. The most recent one always shows up at the top.
Note: There are limits on creating funnels on your account. Essential Plan users can create upto 1 funnel whereas Scale Plan users can create up to 5 funnels.
Key Takeaway
You no longer need to guess whether your campaign strategy is working. The Unified Goals Dashboard lets you set a clear goal, connect it to your campaigns, and see exactly how your contacts are moving through your outreach — all in one view.
